This modern, cosy holiday home on two floors is located very close to the idyllic fishing village of Agios Dimitrios. It offers not only plenty of space to feel at home, but also breathtaking views of the deep blue sea and the impressive mountains of the Mani. Whether you want to simply switch off, unwind or explore the surrounding area, this is the perfect place to enjoy a balanced mix of peace, nature and comfort.

On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, providing cooling in summer and warmth in winter.

Upstairs, a bright, open-plan living and dining area awaits you, complete with large panoramic windows. There is also a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for one adult or two children.

The kitchen is fully equipped, whether you are simply preparing breakfast or creating a Greek feast.

A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate guest toilet are also available.

There is air conditioning in the living area as well, and for cosy winter evenings, a wood-burning stove provides the perfect warmth.

The highlight is our spacious terrace on the upper floor — ideal for your morning coffee with a view or a sundowner with a sea breeze.

In the garden, you will find an outdoor shower, because there is simply nothing better than showering under the open sky after a day at the beach.

Families are welcome!

Our accommodation is ideal for families with small children. To help you travel more comfortably, we are happy to provide child-friendly equipment:

• Children’s tableware and cutlery

Everything is already available on site.

You have unrestricted access to all areas of the house.

Please note that from April to October, open fires outdoors are strictly prohibited throughout Greece. This includes campfires, charcoal barbecues and any kind of open flame.

The nature here is beautiful, but also very dry — even a single spark can be enough.

Please note that, in accordance with legal requirements, the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee” applies. This government fee is €4 per night from November to March and €15 per night from April to October. It is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately on site.
