Hi, we're Sabrina and Leo.

And we’ve been living in the Mani for almost five years now — with two kids, two dogs, a construction company, and now Nyktor too.

The Story

Leo grew up here. For training, he went to Munich. That's where we met. Then we moved back to the Mani together. We come from upscale hospitality. We know what makes a stay better — and what you can do without.

Too many big platforms. Too much choice. Too little guidance. So we're doing it differently. Not more homes. The right homes. Carefully selected. Personally vetted. Without endless lists.

The name is a blend of “Nyx” — the night — and “Victor”, our son's name. There isn't much more to it than that.
